SERI AMALINA MOHD KHAIR

Seri graduated from the International Islamic University Malaysia in 2018 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B). She commenced her pupillage the same year at Messrs. Thomas Philip under the mentorship of Mr. Mathew Thomas Philip, the firm’s founder and managing partner. Upon completing her pupillage in June 2019, she was called to the Bar on 22 July 2019.

Following a brief tenure as a legal associate at Messrs. Zainal & Associates, Seri took a bold step by establishing her own firm in January 2020.

Since then, she has appeared before all tiers of Malaysian courts, handling trials, hearings, and the preparation of various legal documents with professionalism and precision.

Beyond practice, Seri has contributed to the legal community as an author at MalaysianLitigator.com and currently serves as a law lecturer at the International Islamic College, where she has been teaching since 2024.
